Online Data Upload and Retrieval Platform for Microbial Mass Spectrometry
This platform is an online data retrieval system for microbial mass spectrometry developed by Deer Bio; access is restricted to authorized users. Applicable instrument models and types: Fully automated microbial mass spectrometry systems (models: Smart MS, Smart MS 5020, Smart MS 5080). Users shall, in accordance with the standard operating procedures, save the results obtained from the aforementioned instruments as MTDa‑format files, compress them into RAR or ZIP archives, and upload them via the platform for retrieval. The retrieval results will be delivered to the user’s designated email address within 60 minutes. The retrieval results are provided for reference only and should not be used as a basis for clinical diagnosis or treatment.
