To meet the strategic development needs of Deere, enhance employees’ overall capabilities, and foster a culture of continuous learning, the “Deere Academy,” comprising the Market Service Center, the Human Resources and Administration Department, the Sales Management Department, and other units, was established under the guidance and unified planning of company leadership, and has welcomed its first cohort of trainees.

During the 15-day first-phase training, eight trainees, together with Dil School’s internal trainers, gained an understanding of the company’s corporate culture and policies. Combining theory with practice, they delved into the company’s product knowledge and market dynamics, laying a solid foundation for swiftly integrating into Dil’s work environment and assuming their respective roles.

To assess the training outcomes, the company conducted assessments of new employees’ product‑related theoretical knowledge and practical skills upon completion of the training program. Thanks to their diligent study during this period, all trainees achieved outstanding results.

Mr. Xie Yanchi, Director and Executive Vice President of the company, places great emphasis on talent development and training. At a symposium with new employees, Mr. Xie commended the first cohort’s enthusiasm and achievements, listened to their reflections on the training program, and offered practical guidance for their upcoming roles. He also expressed his appreciation for the inaugural session of the “Deer Academy” and expressed his hope that internal training initiatives will become more consistent, targeted, and institutionalized—grounded in real‑world needs—to provide a robust learning platform for both new and seasoned staff.
