“New Dier, New Beginning, New Journey, New Chapter”—Zhuhai Dier Bioengineering Co., Ltd. held its 2015 Year-End Summary Conference and 2016 Spring Festival Gala with great solemnity on January 28, 2016, at the Jinshanlin Grand Hotel in Zhuhai.

The meeting commenced with the 2015 Employee Recognition and Awards Ceremony. Company leaders, including General Manager Xie, presented awards to recipients of the 2015 Outstanding Newcomer Award, Best Progress Award, Outstanding Team Award, Dedication Star Award, and Outstanding Employee Award, commending their hard work and dedication throughout 2015.

Following the awards ceremony, Mr. Xie Yanchi, Director and Executive Vice President of the company, on behalf of the Board of Directors, reviewed the company’s development and key achievements in 2015. Throughout 2015, amid the broader market environment, Deer promptly adjusted its strategy, rose to the challenges, and, while maintaining stable year‑long performance, achieved significant progress across multiple fronts:

1. Building No. 3 of the Dier project has been successfully completed.

2. Dier successfully acquired 90 mu of industrial land in Dingjiawan, Sanzao, and commenced construction in 2016 on a brand-new Dier Industrial Park—seven times the size of today’s Dier Bio‑Park—laying a solid foundation for the company’s future growth.

3. U.S.-based De’er Medical (Technology) Co., Ltd. has been successfully registered, opening up new avenues for our future R&D efforts!

4. Deere’s products have entered more than 40 countries, covering every continent except North America.

5. In 2015, Deere successfully completed its first employee stock ownership plan.

6. The refinement of the organizational structure has enhanced management efficiency, while the recruitment of senior talent has strengthened Dier’s competitive edge in the industry.

Looking ahead to 2016, General Manager Xie said with full confidence: “A brand-new Deere has reached a new starting point and is about to embark on a fresh journey. The clarion call has sounded, and all necessary preparations are in place. With every member of the Deere family united in spirit and working tirelessly, I am certain that we will overcome every challenge, forge ahead through obstacles, create new miracles, and write a splendid chapter uniquely our own.”

The third segment of the meeting was a vibrant 2016 New Year’s Gala. Employees from all departments took the lead in both directing and performing, delivering a high‑quality artistic show that showcased the spirit of unity, positivity, and determination characteristic of the Xindi’er team. Among the performances, the skit “I’m an Actor: A Martial Arts Drama” won first prize, while the song-and-dance number “Xiu Yi Xiu,” the solo “Wonderful Tonight,” and the dance “Rain in Jiangnan” each earned second and third prizes. The entire gala concluded amid a joyous and festive atmosphere.
