On January 31, 2010, all employees of Deer convened in the company’s training room for a company-wide mobilization meeting and an awards ceremony honoring outstanding staff, under the theme “Pragmatism and Progress, Unified Efforts to Surpass, and Building Excellence Together.” The entire workforce gathered to share achievements, review the past, analyze successes and shortcomings, engage in relevant discussions, and look ahead to the future.

At this conference, the company’s Chairman delivered a New Year address, greatly boosting the confidence and morale of all employees. The General Manager, Mr. Lin, presented a keynote report titled “2009 Annual Review and 2010 Strategic Development Plan.” In his remarks, Mr. Lin succinctly summarized Dier’s achievements, objectively analyzed the company’s existing challenges, and clearly outlined the key priorities for 2010 as well as the company’s strategic roadmap, thereby deepening all employees’ understanding of the organization and further strengthening their confidence and entrepreneurial enthusiasm. In addition, the heads of each center and department delivered annual performance reports at the meeting.

Finally, the meeting concluded with an exciting awards ceremony honoring the outstanding employees of 2009. The recipients were: Chen Dezong and Liang Jinchán, winners of the “Loyalty Award”; Sun Tongrui, Lin Meixiang, and Liao Qisheng, winners of the “Outstanding Employee Award”; Zhao Baoling, winner of the “Best Service Award”; Li Jing, winner of the “Best Progress Award”; and Li Junling and Yu Jianqiang, winners of the “Outstanding Newcomer Award.” Together, these nine employees proudly received the company’s recognition and accolades, along with heartfelt congratulations from all staff members.
