On January 30, 2015, all employees of Zhuhai Deer Bioengineering Co., Ltd., together with their families, convened at the Xiangqi Hotel in Zhuhai. “2014 Outstanding Employee Recognition Ceremony and 2015 Spring Festival Gala” Mr. Lin Huaqing, Chairman of the Company, on behalf of the company’s shareholders and management, extends New Year greetings to all employees and their families.    

           
Chairman Lin reviewed the phased progress of eight key reforms undertaken by Deere in 2014, covering areas such as equity structure and corporate governance. He noted that 2014 was a pivotal year for Deere, during which the company’s sales reached a new milestone and its standing within the industry was further solidified. Nevertheless, Deere must remain vigilant and prepared for potential challenges.

In 2015, Deere will focus its efforts primarily on “people.”

I. Revise and strengthen Deere’s core values and core competencies.
II. Engage a leading consulting firm to assist in the design and operational planning of human resources, compensation, performance, and incentive systems.
III. Conduct Human Resources Strategic Planning: attract top-tier talent, enhance and motivate high-potential employees at Deere, strengthen training initiatives, and implement a talent development and succession planning program.
IV. In addition to accelerating the construction of new facilities at the existing Jinhaian Plant, we are simultaneously launching the development of a 55,000-square-meter new plant site to meet growing market demand.

Finally, Chairman Lin emphasized: Let all our employees unite as one, ignite our passion, push beyond our limits, and forge glory together, ensuring the achievement of the aforementioned 2015 goals!

At the Outstanding Employee Recognition Ceremony, company leaders including Chairman Lin and General Manager Dong presented awards to recipients of the 2014 Service Star, Dedication Star, Job Expert, Sales Excellence, and R&D Star honors.

Subsequently, more than ten self‑produced performances by various departments offered their New Year blessings and expressed their deep affection for the company. An opening dance, “Glowing Dance,” instantly ignited the audience’s enthusiasm, filling the venue with a joyous and harmonious atmosphere, punctuated by continuous applause. The gala featured a rich array of creative acts—cross‑dressing performances, skits, acrobatics, song‑and‑dance numbers, and more—each one more captivating than the last. These highlights fully showcased the employees’ diverse talents and their upbeat, forward‑looking spirit, cultivating a distinctive artistic flair and a vibrant corporate culture unique to Dier. The entire evening was dazzling and full of thrilling highlights, brimming with warmth and merriment; throughout the over‑1,000‑square‑meter hall, joy and passion permeated every corner, as more than three hundred Dier employees and their families savored a feast for both the eyes and the ears.
