From July 23 to 26, 2015, the four-day “Zhuhai Deer Marketing Center Mid-Year Conference” was held at the Country Garden Phoenix Hotel in Huizhou, Guangdong. Representatives from all major regions and functional departments presented comprehensive analyses and reports on first-half sales performance, while Deputy General Manager of Marketing, Mr. Xie Yanchi, outlined plans for the second half of the year. During the conference, participants also engaged in sessions for sharing insights and experiences. Following the meeting, the entire marketing team traveled to Xunliao Bay in Huizhou, where they took part in a series of team-building activities, including “name‑tag tearing” and tug‑of‑war, which greatly boosted their spirit of collaboration.
